Dental Care for Nervous Patients

I am not afraid to admit that I was extremely anxious and nervous going into The Dentist. However, I needn't have been as the staff were very polite and friendly. The surgeon was reassuring and patient. It is rare to find such quality staff and service. Well worth the extra few bucks for this quality of service and custom. I will certainly be back and be recommending anyone looking for a great dentist. Thank you to the staff for all the work you have and will do to not just me but others in your care.

I have always avoided visiting dentists due to being nervous from past experiences at other surgeries. Having suffered pain from two teeth for over a week, I finally found the courage and booked an appointment at The Dentist. Very nervous on my first visit, but I was soon put at ease by the friendly and very understanding receptionist. I wish I had found Rikki much earlier—a very caring dentist with a lovely approach to nervous patients who took the time to ensure I was comfortable, gave me various treatment options, and helped me choose the most appropriate for my needs. Over the past year, I have made several visits to have decayed teeth removed and repaired. The treatment was pain-free, something I did not think was possible.

I was in extreme pain when I called and was told to come straight away. As a nervous patient, I was very anxious when I got there but was immediately put at ease by the lovely Rikki, who was very patient and took his time to reassure me and explain everything. I left smiling and pain-free.
